Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
Shift: We are looking for all night owls! We have a full-time, night shift position, 7:00 pm - 7:00 am, for 72 hours per pay period. There is a holiday and every third weekend rotation.

Responsibilities
- Triage and assess patients quickly in emergency situations
- Deliver urgent, life-saving care and administer medications
- Assist with critical procedures and monitor patient status
- Collaborate with doctors and the healthcare team for best outcomes
- Support patients and families with compassion under pressure
Qualifications
Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (must obtain BSN within 12 years of hire)
Certification/License: Current licensure in good standing to practice as a Registered Nurse in Iowa. Must possess and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or within 3 months from date of hire. Must possess and maintain current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification or within 1 year from date of hire. Must possess and maintain current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 1 year of hire date. Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification within 1 year of hire date
