PAY: $2470 weekly gross for 36 hrs Hourly Rate: $33/hr on W2 Weekly stipend: $1246 Position: RN Pediatric Rehab Location: Norfolk, VA Shift: 12 hrs D/N (must be flexible) Duration: 13 weeks

Job Details:

• Pedi Rehab/LTAC Experience: 3 years, Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted), Certifications: BLS; PALS required.
• Peds Rehab: Vents, Trach, Peds experience, TBI, Spinal Cord injuries, NG tube, Trach/vent experience Closed head trauma, encephalitis, VP shunts, Wounds, and infectious diseases like VRE, MRSA, and C-Diff Neuromuscular Disease, Spinal Cord Injuries, Cast/Splints, and Assistive Devices. Pediatrics and Med/surg experience is necessary.
• 12D/N 36 hours - willing to work a flexible schedule 36 hours, and holidays.
• Candidates must be PALS & BLS certified and must be willing to care for Rehab patients We are the only pediatric inpatient rehab unit in the state.
• This state-of-the-art inpatient rehab unit will allow patients with access to the specialized cared and equipment to assist them as becoming independent as possible. Some of our patients are born with disabilities and require surgeries that may lead them to become further deconditioned, while others are facing new challenges after a traumatic accident. The entire interdisciplinary team are all pediatric focused and are specifically trained to care for these patients. Our patients are required to participate in 3 hours of therapy per day.
