Clinical Therapist Position

TeamBuilders Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Therapist to join our team in Los Lunas, NM. In this role, you will provide high-quality therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups, supporting clients in achieving emotional wellness and long-term stability. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about community-based care and making a meaningful impact in people's lives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy
• Deliver services in office, home, and community-based settings
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulations

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Active New Mexico license (LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LMHC, or LMFT) or eligibility required
• Experience in behavioral health or community mental health preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
