We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager who is ready to make an impact. In this role, you’ll work alongside the General Manager and leadership team to drive daily operations, build a strong team culture, and help the restaurant achieve outstanding results.

W hat You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding service.
• Help recruit, train, develop, and retain talented employees.
• Assist with staffing and scheduling to ensure a strong team is in place.
• Manage food and labor costs while achieving company financial goals.
• Help oversee day-to-day restaurant operations and maintain high standards.
• Support administrative responsibilities delegated by the General Manager.
• Create a positive, team-oriented environment where people can learn and succeed.
• Step up, make decisions, and lead by example when it matters most.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of high-volume restaurant management experience.
• A genuine passion for developing, mentoring, and motivating people.
• A proven ability to achieve operational and financial results.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• A guest-first mindset and commitment to exceptional hospitality.
• A high degree of honesty, integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
• Someone who is ready to take ownership, grow with the team, and build a rewarding career.
