We are seeking a **Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)** to join our dynamic team in Richmond, Virginia. **About the Role** As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at New Patterns ABA VA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. You will be responsible for developing and implementing behavioral treatment plans, conducting assessments, and training staff on behavioral interventions. **Responsibilities:** • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with ASD and other developmental disabilities • Implement and supervise behavioral interventions, including positive behavioral supports and skill acquisition strategies • Collaborate with clients, families, and staff to develop and achieve behavioral goals • Provide training and consultation to staff on behavioral interventions and data collection procedures • Collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions and monitor progress towards goals • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of best practices in ABA therapy **Requirements:** • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) • Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities • Strong understanding of ABA principles and methods, including positive behavioral supports and skill acquisition strategies • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and staff • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and schedules **Per Diem Schedule** As a per diem BCBA, you will work on an as-needed basis to support our clients and teams.
