Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour Job Schedule: Friday: 11:00 PM – 11:00 AM Saturday: 11:00 PM – 11:00 AM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Respond to incidents, property concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem‑solving manner, and report relevant details according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or security‑related concerns. Monitor access points, observe lobby and exterior activity, and assist with visitor interactions and/or building access procedures in alignment with location requirements. Document daily activities, incidents, and/or maintenance‑related observations, and communicate relevant information to property management and Allied Universal personnel as needed. Minimum Requirements Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
