Manufacturing Customer Service Representative

· $23 - $27/Hour DoE

· Milford, NH

· Monday – Friday

· First Shift, 8am – 5pm

· After 6 months you can apply to work HYBRID!

· DIRECT HIRE ROLE!!!

Duties:

· Customer Support responds to inquiries regarding orders, pricing, and product specifications via phone, email, and chat.

· Issue Resolution resolves customer concerns professionally and tracks open items like quotes and payments to completion.

· Proactive Communication updates clients regarding order status, delays, and shipment tracking information.

· Data Integrity maintains accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and account details.

· Internal Collaboration partners with technical departments, supply chain, and other internal teams to resolve complex inquiries.

· SAP experience is a MUST have, preferably in a customer service setting.

· Candidates demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with teams and clients.

· They maintain a service first mindset dedicated to resolving problems and ensuring long- term client satisfaction.

· They show proficiency in Microsoft Office along with customer relationship management platforms and enterprise software.

· They exhibit strong attention to detail alongside efficient and accurate data entry capabilities.

· Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively.
