Territory Sales Manager - Atlanta, GA

Description TOI TOI USA is looking for a driven, reliable, and relationship focused Territory Sales Representative with a proven track record of success in sales. The ideal candidate brings grit, consistency, and a strong sense of ownership to building business in the field, developing customer relationships, and growing an assigned territory. This is not a desk-based sales role. We are looking for a motivated outside sales professional who is energized by prospecting, meeting customers in person, identifying new opportunities, and representing TOI TOI USA in the communities we serve. As TOI TOI USA continues to grow, this role will play an important part in expanding market share, strengthening customer relationships, and identifying new revenue opportunities across an assigned geographic territory. The ideal candidate is proactive, resilient, professional, and comfortable balancing new business development with account growth and customer service. While the role offers remote flexibility, the work is territory driven and requires regular in person customer engagement, hence, only local candidates will be considered. What You’ll Do Own and manage all sales activities within an assigned geographic territory Develop and execute a territory growth plan focused on acquiring new customers, expanding existing accounts, and increasing market share Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, jobsite visits, customer meetings, and other business development activities Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, construction companies, industrial facilities, municipalities, event organizers, and other target customers Conduct regular in person customer visits to identify opportunities, strengthen relationships, and provide exceptional customer service Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and service solutions that meet customer needs while maximizing revenue opportunities Consistently present all applicable service offerings, fees, and value added solutions to customers Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline, ensuring all opportunities, activities, and customer interactions are documented within the company’s CRM system ZOHO Collaborate closely with operations, customer service, and management teams to ensure successful service delivery and customer satisfaction Monitor market conditions, competitor activity, and customer trends to identify growth opportunities and develop competitive strategies Meet or exceed established sales, revenue, prospecting, and account growth objectives Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and company initiatives designed to improve performance and support business growth Maintain a professional image while representing TOI TOI USA in the field and within the communities served Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Commission and incentive opportunity Comprehensive benefits package Benefits Highlights Medical, dental, and vision coverage Employer funded Health Reimbursement Account Telemedicine and mental health support Life insurance and AD&D coverage Short Term and Long Term Disability plans Voluntary supplemental benefits Wellness program with annual incentives Paid Time Off and leave benefits in accordance with company policies and applicable laws Why Join TOI TOI USA? All resumes should be sent directly to View email address on click.appcast.io Requirements What We’re Looking For Proven outside sales, territory sales, or business development experience with a strong track record of success Reliable, dedicated, and self-motivated, with the grit, follow through, and persistence needed to develop a territory and win new business Bilingual English and Spanish skills are a strong advantage Strong ability to prospect, build relationships, overcome objections, and close new business Experience selling to contractors, construction companies, industrial customers, municipalities, event organizers, or similar customer groups preferred Comfortable spending significant time in the field meeting with customers, visiting jobsites, and developing business within an assigned territory Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow up skills Highly organized and able to manage a sales territory with accountability, discipline, and consistency Ability to build trust with customers and collaborate effectively with internal partners Experience using a CRM system to manage pipeline activity, customer interactions, and sales progress Strong business acumen with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend practical service solutions Professional, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast paced, growth-oriented environment Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory #J-18808-Ljbffr Toi Toi USA LLC
