Job description:

Dyer Auto Group is seeking high-performing Automotive Technicians to join our Chevrolet dealership in Vero Beach. We are building a professional, high-production shop by investing in our technicians, workflow, and leadership.

This role is ideal for technicians who consistently flag hours, value a structured environment, and want to be compensated at the top of the market for their skill and productivity.

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles to GM factory standards
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and advanced diagnostics
• Major engine, transmission, cooling system, HVAC repairs
• Accurately document findings and recommended repairs
• Video multipoint inspections
• Work closely with service advisors to maintain efficient workflow
• Maintain high standards for quality, productivity, and safety
• Participate in ongoing GM factory training and certification programs ( paid time)

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician (any brand)
• A level or strong B level knowledge
• ASE and/or GM certifications preferred, not required
• Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail (required )
• Use of CDK system preferred, not required
• Professional attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
