In this vital role, you will help patients understand their rights and responsibilities, and guide them in managing the physical, mental, emotional and financial demands of End Stage Renal Disease. Compensation The wage range for the role is $27.50–$46.00 per hour. Compensation will also depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. Requirements Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) with a specialization in clinical practice from an accredited school of Social Work. Met all state‑required regulations to practice in the dialysis setting. Obtained a clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LICSW) and met all licensure requirements for the state. Proficient in all experienced‑level social worker duties. Intermediate computer skills. Demonstrated knowledge of government and private insurance programs.
