Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for ICU patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines using critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent, supervisory discretion.
- Monitor patient status, document assessments and interventions, administer medications per policy, and respond to changes in condition.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with patients’ families to support care goals.
- Maintain safety and infection control practices; advocate for quality care and patient comfort.

Requirements
- Active, unrestricted RN license in California.
- ICU/critical care nursing experience.
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts and provide continuous patient monitoring in an acute care setting.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration with team members and other disciplines.
