Key Responsibilities

Partner with the Restaurant General Manager to achieve success metrics and team goals
Ensure a delicious guest experience with friendly interactions, a clean restaurant, and hot, fresh meals
Grow and mentor a dynamic team through training and hiring
Communicate goals, promotions, and business updates effectively
Lead a positive, collaborative, and family-like work environment
