What we offer Supportive, team-oriented environment Competitive compensation One convenient clinic location (Richardson) Sign-on bonus for successful hire Opportunity to work directly with an experienced care team What you'll do Assess each patient and develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames Prepare and submit clinical and progress summaries based on identified and attained goals Ensure other treating medical professionals have the information needed to appropriately evaluate the patient Help patients recover and rehabilitate from serious illness, injury, or a medical event - regaining their best possible level of functional ability, well-being, and independence Provide services to improve strength, function, flexibility, mobility, balance, and gait following hip fractures and other orthopedic injuries, medical illness, or joint replacement procedures Qualifications Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy Current license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Texas Current CPR certification Dedicated to patient recovery and well-being Motivated to grow professionally A great communicator and team player Our culture We live by our POSMC SCRIPT - Service, Compassion, Respect, Integrity, Positive Attitude, and Teamwork.
