Clinical Program Director

Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Clinical Program Director to join our team! As a Clinical Program Director, you will oversee all of the day-to-day operations of the clinic and staff. This will include hiring and training staff, overseeing programs and developing both current and new programs, ensuring regulations on a state and federal level are being followed properly, and continually maintaining client and staff satisfaction. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, focused, and has a clear understanding of what it takes to run a successful clinic. Responsibilities Responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations for the clinic, including services delivered, safety regulations, and current and future programs Ensure proper record keeping and compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures Recruit new staff and ensure current staff are up to date on current training procedures Provide strong leadership to the clinic and staff to ensure a clear vision moving forward Assist with developing budgets and financial documentation, including both expenses and revenue Attend a variety of training workshops and work-related meetings and events to stay up to date on the latest expectations and regulations Qualifications Previous experience as a Clinical Program Director is preferred The required licensing/certification to perform this role Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite The ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and prioritize based on current and changing needs The ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Exceptional team building and interpersonal skills are essential for this role #J-18808-Ljbffr
