ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in January 2021 and currently lead a team of four. Before becoming an agent, I worked in the financial industry as an Assistant Manager. That experience helped develop my passion for helping people, building relationships, and guiding others toward achieving their goals.

Giving back to the community is a major priority for our agency. We support local elementary school food programs, youth sports teams, recreational leagues, the local food bank, the local car museum, and various community organizations. ROLE DESCRIPTION: Nicole Grigg - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Compensación: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
