Today, our team has grown to 15 members, and we operate with a strong growth mindset and an "all in it to win it" mentality. I'm a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a bachelor's degree in business marketing and management. I'm married with two kids, and outside of work I enjoy hunting, fishing, and anything outdoors. Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines. Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities. Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community. Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience. Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.Qualifications: Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
