Job Description Job Description PCA, CNA, Personal Care Assistant, Senior Caregiver, Home Health Aide ***IMMEDIATE POSITIONS AVAILABLE*** SUPERIOR SENIOR CARE in Benton AR is looking for home health caregivers for in-home care clients in Sheridan, AR and surrounding areas. Aides must be certified as a nursing assistant or personal care aide. The primary duties would be to provide personal care, which can include: assistance in bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, skin and nail care, feeding, ambulation, toileting, range of motion exercises. Other job duties could include meal preparation, light housekeeping and companionship. Candidates must have a sympathetic attitude towards the care of the elderly and disabled, carry out directions, maturity, and the ability to deal effectively with the demands of the job. Caregivers must participate in all CEU's, as required by the State of Arkansas and have a clean criminal history record and clean drug screen.
