Requirements

• 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
• No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
• No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
• No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
• Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Join HMD Trucking's OTR dry van operation in Cleveland and run nationwide freight with a safety-first, driver-focused company. Expect to operate modern sleeper tractors under three years old with APUs and inverters, and benefit from in-house maintenance support to reduce downtime.

Primary responsibilities:

• Safely operate a CDL-A dry van tractor across interstate lanes and ensure proper freight securement.
• Complete thorough pre/post-trip inspections and maintain accurate ELD and logbook records.
• Communicate with dispatch and follow DOT regulations to meet delivery windows.

Requirements:

• CDL-A license and at least 12 months verifiable driving experience.

Compensation begins at 65 CPM, with steady mileage, scheduled home time, and safety/inspection bonuses.
