We’re looking for a dependable Pool Maintenance Technician to manage an established weekly pool route. Pool maintenance experience is preferred, but we’re willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. What We Offer Starting pay from $18/hour, based on experience Take-home company truck Established weekly maintenance route Local service area with minimal long-distance driving Local supply pickup in Kennesaw Mostly independent work with very little office time Paid vacation after a 90-day introductory period Opportunities for raises and advancement What You’ll Do Clean and maintain residential swimming pools Test and balance pool water chemistry Keep your truck stocked, organized, and ready for each day Use our mobile app to document each visit Identify equipment issues and notify our service department when repairs are needed Provide friendly, dependable service to the same customers each week This is a maintenance position—not a repair position. Your focus is keeping pools clean, balanced, and looking their best. Our service department handles major equipment repairs and diagnostics. You’ll Be a Great Fit If You… Have pool maintenance experience, or are eager to learn and take pride in your work Have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Can lift up to 100 lbs.
