Dental receptionist / admin

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our dental practice. The Dental Receptionist is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a vital role in creating a positive experience. Responsibilities include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and handling insurance and billing inquiries.

Dental receptionist / admin

Greet patients warmly and professionally upon arrival
Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments
Verify patient information, insurance coverage, and eligibility
Collect and process payments, co-pays, and insurance claims
Maintain accurate patient records and update files as needed
Coordinate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow
Confirm and remind patients of upcoming appointments
Handle rescheduling and cancellations
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Follow HIPAA regulations and office privacy policies

full-time $14 - $18 per hour

Salary based on Experience.

Work Hours:
• Monday to Friday, Saturdays as needed 8-hour shifts
