Carpenter/Plumber $22-$30/hr.

Job Description We are currently seeking an experienced Carpenter/Plumber to join our team. This position is responsible for performing a variety of carpentry and plumbing duties on residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in both trades, be able to work independently, and take pride in delivering quality workmanship. Responsibilities Perform carpentry work, including framing, trim work, cabinetry installation, drywall repair, and general construction tasks. Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, fixtures, water lines, drains, and related components. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, tape measures, and work orders. Measure, cut, assemble, and install building materials and plumbing components. Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing and construction‑related issues. Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with applicable codes and regulations. Qualifications Previous experience in both carpentry and plumbing. Knowledge of construction methods, plumbing systems, and industry best practices. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and plumbing equipment safely and effectively. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor throughout the workday. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
