Role Summary As a Branch Office Administrator, you’ll be a vital part of our team, providing seamless support to clients and financial advisors. You’ll play a key role in supporting client accounts, facilitating communication, and ensuring a positive client experience. Support and Development Comprehensive 6‑month training including an experienced peer mentor A wide support network that extends from the branch office to the region and home office Independently work while having a team of thousands backing you every step of the way Core Responsibilities Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year Actively listen for situations in clients’ lives that may indicate a need for additional services Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events Key Skills Analytical Thinking Attention to Detail Adaptability Conversational Skills Digital Tool Utilization Team Collaboration Role Requirements Client Service: Provide exceptional service via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal support teams. Account Management: Learn the financial services industry. Perform account opening, handle transfers and other requests, process transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records. Administrative & Operational Support: Work independently under the advisor’s direction. Handle scheduling, prepare materials for meetings, manage correspondence, support marketing initiatives, streamline processes by updating SOPs, and execute the branch business plan. Technology: Strong computer literacy with willingness to learn new technology and programs such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and firm‑provided software.
