Details for Route Manager position:
- $25-30/hr
- Monday - Friday | 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Once the associate has learned the job and the route well, hours may be adjusted to fit the work
- Temp-to-Hire | Full-Time
- Fast Start Date
- Weekly Pay
- Comfortable Working Outdoors
- A company vehicle
- Paid time off, accruing after 90 days of employment
- We provide paid training, about one week, covering water chemistry, service procedures, and our standards
- Independently manage a weekly route of approximately 30 to 40 spa stops, planning daily schedules and completing all services on time
- Gather supplies and replenish chemicals before starting the route
- Test and adjust water chemistry, including sanitizer levels and pH
- Check water clarity, inspect for buildup or foam, and run jets to verify proper operation
- Wipe down spa shells and covers and vacuum debris
- Record service details and report issues or repair needs
- Provide courteous, professional service while working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Follow all policies and safety procedures in place
- Completes any other related tasks as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- A valid driver's license
- No prior experience is necessary
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in hot/warm conditions
- Ability to lift up to 30-50 lbs repeatedly
- Ability to stand, stoop, bend, squat, kneel, twist, push/pull supplies
