Job Description

Job Summary:
Provides diagnostic imaging services in accordance with physician orders, ensuring high-quality patient care. Operates imaging equipment, maintains safety protocols, and documents procedures accurately.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures following established protocols.
• Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process and positioning accordingly.
• Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Adhere to safety standards and infection control policies to protect patients and staff.
• Document procedures, results, and any patient interactions accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:

• Valid Ohio license in Radiologic Technology at the time of submission.
• Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in X-ray/Radiology.
• Active certifications in radiologic technology with no pending credentials.
• Demonstrated proficiency in ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate testing.
• Ability to pass biometric screening (BG tests) and other required assessments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
