Job Summary
We are seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team. In this role, you will collect blood in full unit bags or blood tubes from donors. This is a role to collect blood samples for a research laboratory and not for medical treatment or services.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize requests for sample collection based on urgency
- Collect donor’ consent and health history information
- Follow company procedures and work instructions (We are an ISO Certified Laboratory)
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Phlebotomist or Phlebotomy Technician
- Phlebotomy diploma preferred
- Knowledge of best practices in patient identification methods
- Familiarity with the legal requirements regarding blood draws and fluid samples
- Strong computer and data entry skills
