Responsibilities- Engage with potential customers to understand their unique life situations and coverage needs.
- Prepare personalized insurance quotes and explain the value of different protection plans.
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with local Albion families and business owners.
- Manage incoming customer inquiries with care, ensuring every question is answered thoroughly.
- Follow up with prospects to track progress and ensure they have the information necessary to make informed decisions.
- Participate in local community events to increase agency visibility and show our support for the area.
- Preferred active Michigan Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Preferred valid Michigan Life & Health insurance license.
- Preferred previous experience in a customer-facing or sales role.
- Strong comfort level with computers and learning new software systems.
- Effective communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
- Genuine interest in helping people navigate their personal risks and financial goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
