Key Responsibilities & Duties Analyze commercial loans ranging from $100M to $10MM Provide insights on C&I, CRE, and 1-4 Residential loans Collaborate with team to enhance loan review processes Ensure compliance with financial regulations Prepare detailed reports for senior management Identify opportunities for process improvement Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends Required Qualifications & Experience Minimum 2 years in active commercial credit analysis Experience with all sizes and types of commercial loans Proven track record in a Credit Analyst II position Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and reporting abilities Nice to Have Skills & Experience Experience with financial software tools Understanding of market trends and economic factors Prior experience in a similar industry Advanced degree in finance or related field This opportunity includes a comprehensive and competitive benefits package—details will be shared during later stages of the hiring process.
