Senior Tax Associate - New York City

Coordinate with external tax advisors to support annual compliance processes. Prepare and analyze partnership tax workpapers and supporting schedules. Support the preparation and review of Schedule K-1s and investor reporting requirements. Assist with tax provision calculations and related reporting activities. Research tax regulations and evaluate the impact of tax law changes on company operations. Maintain tax records, notices, and supporting documentation. Partner with accounting, finance, and asset management teams on tax-related matters. Assist with audits, tax examinations, and responses to taxing authorities.
