Blue Jay Dental has a client with a need for a general dentist to start immediately in Viroqua, WI.

Driven dentist wanted to be an associate at a growing practice where the long standing dentist is retiring.

Full time 3- 4 days per week.

This busy FFS and PPO driven practice refers little, and will offer a full schedule from Day One.

Adult 90% and kids 10%

45% of total office, bonus paid monthly

COMPUTERS IN OPERATORIES? yes

DIGITAL Equipment? digital radiographs, scanner, cad/cam

CHARTING SOFTWARE USED (Dentrix, Eaglesoft...) Dentrix Ascend

paperless

Requirements of the dentist:

• DMD or DDS from accredited dental school
• Must have WI license and DEA
• Must be willing to live and be part of the community of Viroqua, WI
• Competence in all facets of general dentistry
• Strong focus on clinical excellence
