One protected hour built into every day.Compensation: $70,000-$80,000 W2 annual salary, based on experience and licensure with a 5% monthly performance bonus structure. This is a true salary: your pay is the same every pay period regardless of patient no-shows, cancellations, and a growing caseload never affects your paycheck.Location: 2813 Whipple Ave, Suite C, Canton, OH 44708Why SteadfastHealthcare Coverage: medical, dental & vision insurance, plus 100% employer-paid short- and long-term disability and life insurance.401(k) Match: up to 5% company match.Time Off: 29 days off a year to start (PTO, floating holidays, paid volunteer days), increasing on your anniversary — plus 4 Re-Fuel Days annually for mental health, rest, or CEU activities.Continuing Education: annual CEU stipend and ongoing paid training.Employee Assistance Program (EAP): free, confidential access to therapy, legal, financial, and wellness resources.Protected Time: built into your day for recharging, clinical supervision, huddles, care planning, and admin work.Clinical Support: MA/LPN and Peer Recovery Specialist support, a collaborative care model with physician backup, and manageable panel sizes.Additional perks: SoFi student loan interest rate discount, Rightway Health Concierge, a year of free pet telehealth through Pawp, and Perkspot discount marketplace.Soulside AI documentation support: because your energy belongs with patients, not paperwork.We believe lived experience with recovery is a strength, not a barrier — many of our team bring personal or family experience with addiction and recovery, and we welcome candidates in recovery to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide individual and group therapy sessions for patients with substance use disorders, both in-person and via telehealth, embodying the Steadfast patient-first ethos.Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, modeling a non-paternalistic and destigmatizing approach to patient care.Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support patient recovery.Collaborate with all clinic-level team members to formulate and execute patient care plans, including Advanced Practice Providers, Medical Assistants, and Peer Recovery Specialists, ensuring integrated treatment approaches.Support patients in crisis intervention situations and coordinate higher levels of care when necessary.Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with state, federal, and organizational guidelines.Pioneer innovative ways of improving access and overall care for disadvantaged, marginalized populations.Champion the company's mission by modeling compassion and fostering trust and strong relationships with patients and communities.Educate patients and families on SUD, co-occurring disorders, and available resources to support sustained recovery and overall health.Participate in regular case consultations, team meetings, and continuing education to stay current with best practices in SUD treatment.QualificationsLPCC or equivalent licensure (LISW, LMFT, etc.) or associates pursuing independent licensure in Ohio.Certification in addiction counseling is a plus.Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery is a plus.Strong knowledge of SUD diagnoses, medications, and treatment modalities.Ability to effectively interact with diverse staff, patients, and community members.Excellent interpersonal skills, a flexible, can-do mentality, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.Passionate about Steadfast Health's mission to provide low-barrier, non-punitive, harm-reductionist SUD care.Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
