Leasing Consultant

IMT Residential is looking for an enthusiastic and service-driven Leasing Consultant to join our team at IMT Cherry Creek, a 399-unit luxury community located in one of Denver's most sought-after neighborhoods. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves connecting with people, creating memorable experiences, and helping others find a place they're proud to call home.

This role follows a FridayTuesday schedule (with Wednesdays and Thursdays off), and weekend availability is required.

What You'll Do

• Create an outstanding leasing experience by connecting with prospective residents and helping them discover their perfect home
• Tour available apartments and highlight community amenities, features, and lifestyle benefits
• Build strong relationships with residents by providing responsive, personalized service
• Support resident retention efforts by managing lease renewals and enhancing the resident experience
• Maintain a deep understanding of Fair Housing laws and ensure compliance in all interactions
• Help keep the community looking its best by ensuring exceptional curb appeal and site conditions
• Support marketing initiatives, outreach efforts, resident events, and promotional programs
• Conduct market research to help drive leasing success and stay competitive
• Use MRI software to maintain accurate records, manage information, and generate reports
• Collaborate with the Community Manager and team on special projects and additional responsibilities

• A people-person who enjoys creating connections and delivering excellent customer service
• Experienced in sales, hospitality, or customer service (apartment leasing experience is a plus!)
• A confident communicator with strong verbal and written skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
• Goal-driven and motivated by achieving results and earning performance-based incentives
• Adaptable and able to succeed in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• A team player who can also work independently
• Positive, dependable, and excited to learn and grow professionally
• College education is helpful but not required
• Available to work weekends when prospective residents are most active
• In possession of a valid driver's license
