Candidates are required to bring their active license on the first day. Responsibilities Complete comprehensive evaluations of patients. Develop and modify individualized treatment plans. Document medical records accurately and completely. Participate in student training programs. Maintain compliance with state practice acts and regulatory standards. Demonstrate professional growth through continuing education and professional development. Uphold safety standards and organizational core values related to patient and employee safety. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school. Active license for Colorado. CPR Certification. 6 months to 1+ year of outpatient clinical experience. Preferred Qualifications: Previous assignment with the agency or organization is highly desired; previous experience with the organization is nice to have.
