Export Coordinator

The Export Clerk plays a crucial role in facilitating the efficient movement of goods from our facility to international markets. This position will involve the management of the documentation, logistics, and internal communication associated with exporting products, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining effective coordination between various departments and external partners. Export Documentation Prepare and manage all required export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, shipping instructions, and bills of lading Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation to comply with international regulations and customs requirements Collaborate with the legal department to ensure adherence to export controls, trade compliance, and licensing regulations Requirements Logistics Coordination Coordinate with shipping and logistics partners to arrange for the transportation of goods to their final destinations Communicate with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure smooth export processes Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and address any delays or issues that arise Compliance Stay updated on international trade regulations, tariffs, and customs procedures to ensure adherence during the export process Complete and submit customs declarations and documentation accurately and in a timely manner Communication and Coordination Act as a point of contact between various internal departments (production, sales, finance) and external stakeholders (suppliers, customs authorities, shipping agents) Communicate shipment details, delivery schedules, and any potential disruptions to relevant parties Record Keeping Maintain organized records of export documentation, shipping details, and compliance records for auditing and reference purposes Generate reports on export activities, shipping costs, and timelines as required by management Benefits Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Retirement Plan (401k, IRA) Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D) Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Short Term & Long Term Disability #J-18808-Ljbffr Prestage Farms
