Requirements Completion of a medical degree (MD or DO) Fellowship training in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery or Urogynecology Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology Physicians must be board certified or board eligible Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain) Demonstrated leadership experience or strong interest in physician leadership and program development DEA license ACLS/BLS certification (must be maintained) Leadership Scope and Impact As Regional Director, you will: Provide clinical and strategic leadership for the urogynecology program across multiple sites Partner in a dyad leadership model with the Urogynecology Program Manager to drive operational and clinical success Lead the development and growth of a newer, evolving program structure Establish and standardize:

Clinical protocols and care pathways Best practices across sites Programmatic workflows and operational efficiencies

Support provider recruitment, onboarding, and mentorship Foster a collaborative, patient-centered culture across the care team Guide quality, performance, and patient experience initiatives Serve as a key voice in strategic planning and service line expansion

Duties & Responsibilities In addition to leadership duties, you will: Evaluate and manage a full spectrum of pelvic floor disorders Perform advanced surgical procedures, including minimally invasive techniques Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team Participate in teaching, mentoring, and research opportunities as desired
