Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners. We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a new location in Carbondale, IL.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Illinois OT license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC required.
• Experience working in acute care or hospital inpatient settings preferred.
• Experience with acute rehabilitation, step-down/PCU, and ICU patient populations preferred.
• Ability to float between multiple hospital campuses as required by the client.
• Certifications required by specific hospital departments may include ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS depending on unit assignment; these are client-specific requirements and should be current prior to start. (Preferred: CSU-ALS for ICU assignments.)

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Hospital.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Pattern: Four 10-hour shifts.
• Schedule Note: Two weekday shifts and two weekend shifts per rotation.
• Floating Requirement: Candidate will float between multiple hospitals within the health system.
