Travel Physical Therapist Opportunity

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others? Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist where you'll help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Must have outpatient experience
• New grads will not be accepted
• First-time travelers will not be accepted

Assignment Details

• Expected to work 36 hours per week, with the possibility of working up to 40 hours
• Overtime must be approved by the director before any overtime hours are worked
• Patient population includes vestibular, TMJ, typical orthopedic, and post-operative cases
• Productivity expectation is 60 visits per week
• Expected patient volume is 12-14 patients per day
• Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected

Shelbyville, Kentucky offers convenient access to both outdoor recreation and city amenities. The city is about 30 miles east of Louisville and is known for its connection to the Kentucky Bourbon Trail and nearby horse country. Travelers in this area can also reach Frankfort in about 30 miles and Bernheim Arboretum and Research Forest in roughly 35 miles for additional day-trip options.
