A national virtual care group is expanding its primary care and wellness services and is looking for Nurse Practitioners who genuinely enjoy helping patients feel better in their day-to-day lives. The company focuses on supportive, relationship-based care rather than rushed appointments. The model blends traditional primary care with long-term wellness coaching, lifestyle guidance, and prevention. The team is collaborative, communicative, and gives providers real autonomy while still being available when you need them.

About the Role

This is a full-time, fully remote position where you’ll care for adult patients who want consistency, ongoing support, and a provider who takes a whole-person approach. You’ll handle general primary care needs but also spend time talking through lifestyle habits, stress, sleep, prevention, and long-term health goals. New graduates who feel comfortable working in a virtual environment are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual primary care visits for adult patients
• Support long-term wellness goals, lifestyle changes, and preventative care
• Review labs, adjust care plans, and answer patient messages
• Help patients manage chronic conditions in a supportive, coaching-oriented way
• Document visits using simple, streamlined EMR templates

Qualifications

• FNP, ANP, AGNP, AGACNP, PMHNP, or similar certification
• Active NP license in at least one U.S. state (multi-state preferred)
• Warm, patient-centered communication style
• Comfort working independently in a telehealth setting
• Experience helpful; new graduates are welcome
• Fully remote—work from anywhere
