Weekly, from published rate bands. “What’s the catch with the $500?” Two conditions: sixty days of continuous employment and verified visits. Then $500 arrives as taxable wages, automatically. It is paid for staying, not for a client. “Do I lose my client in the transfer?” No. Your member chooses their agency and tells their Case Manager.
