Overview An innovative industry leader is seeking a Strategic Analytics Lead to help advance its data and analytics capabilities. The Strategic Analytics Lead will bring deep technical expertise and business acumen to design and optimize data processes, analyze complex datasets, and deliver strategic insights that drive informed decision-making and shape business direction. What Will You Do Serve as a liaison between Analytics and Technology teams to ensure seamless data accessibility for strategic decision making, while analyzing existing processes, integrating data from diverse sources, and proactively enhancing workflows to meet the evolving needs of the Analytics teams. Apply a full range of analytical techniques: what-if scenario modeling, trend analysis, forecasting, and pre/post analysis delivered through dynamic dashboards that turn data into actionable insights and drive smarter business decisions. Design, maintain, and optimize forecasting financial models to ensure alignment with strategic planning objectives, proactively addressing issues and improving performance as needed. Lead the development and management of dashboards in Tableau and Power BI, while designing and maintaining tools including data models, automation systems, and technical workflows to streamline data processing, reporting, and analytics. Ensure data integrity for analysis through feature engineering and rigorous quality assurance, while implementing controls and validations across financial models, data processes, and dashboards.
