Benefits Weekly Pay Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance 401(k) with a generous company match Free Basic Life Insurance Short & Long-Term Disability Schedule: 6:00 am – 4:30 pm with OT as necessary Location: 250 Swathmore Ave, High Point, NC 27263 Shift: First shift Responsibilities Clean and sanitize restrooms and breakrooms Clean and sweep the manufacturing facility daily Dust walls Collect trash outside the manufacturing facility Operate weedwhacker to maintain outdoor shrubbery as needed Maintain a neat and orderly custodian room; ensure cleaning and maintenance supplies are stocked Work safely and adhere to all safety rules and policies Work in a fast‑paced team environment Education and Qualifications Reading and speaking proficiency in either English or Spanish required Minimum of a high school education or equivalent Previous janitor or maintenance experience preferred Previous experience in a manufacturing or construction environment preferred Job Requirements/Special Skills Ability to speak and read either English or Spanish Ability to work independently and on a team Strong verbal communication skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand and work for prolonged periods of time Ability to work in conditions of varying heat and cold where noise levels are at or above 90 decibels #J-18808-Ljbffr
