Night Shift Clinical Lab Technologist - Sign-On Eligible

Position Overview In the Laboratory, under limited supervision, performs routine and specialized tests in assigned laboratory sections in a timely manner, monitors lab processes, and verifies results. With six (6) years’ experience, may in the absence of the supervisor, direct daily activities of his/her section according to UHS Hospitals’, Laboratory and Departmental Policies and Procedures, NYSDOH, CDC, and UHSH Infection Control Policies and Procedures. Primary Department, Division, or Unit Lab Services, UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital Primary Work Shift Night Regular Scheduled Weekly Hours 24 Compensation Range $27.30 - $42.47 per hour, depending on experience Sign-on Incentive Candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000. Education / Experience Minimum Required: Bachelor's degree in clinical laboratory technology or equivalent. (Grandfathered NYS Licensed CLT). Preferred: One (1) year experience working in a clinical laboratory. License / Certification Minimum Required: NYS Licensed Clinical Laboratory Technologist. Preferred: ASCP Specialty Certification. Benefits Compensation range is $27.30 to $42.47 per hour. Sign-on bonus up to $15,000.
