Madison Settlement Services is looking to hire an experienced full-time Post Closer! Madison also offers a very generous paid time off package.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Assist realtors, lenders and clients with questions and/or problemsReview lender closing instructionsPrepare closing packages for settlementsOrdering payoffs for water and sewer billsSending out checks for payoffs and recordingsUpdating recorded documents into software systemPreparing and sending out title policiesPost-close loan packagesShipping out packages via UPS or FedExAssists with answering phones and helping the processor with processing tasksPOSITION QUALIFICATIONSRequired Skills and Abilities:Excellent customer service skills- Must be polite, courteous and attentive to all customers, vendors and co-workersEffective and clear communication to co-workers, customers and outside vendors/clientsDetail orientedMust be able to meet critical deadlinesAbility to focus and multi-taskAbility to resolve customer issuesAbility to manage tasks independentlyAbility to learn quickly and adapt to changeStrong organizational skillsEducation: High School diploma or equivalent requiredExperience: No previous experience is necessary, but is preferredComputer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.Certificates & Licenses: N/A #J-18808-Ljbffr Madison Settlement Services
