Branch Operations ManagerCincinnati Office - Cincinnati, OH 45213OverviewPosition Type Full TimeDescriptionIPS is seeking a skilled and dynamic Branch Operations Manager to oversee and lead the Project Management and Service Operations for our branch. In this critical role, the Branch Operations Manager will work closely with the Branch Manager to establish and execute strategies aimed at increasing revenue in the Service and Project Installation departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and training a team of Project Managers, ensuring smooth daily operations, and developing and implementing effective processes to optimize branch performance.Essential FunctionsCollaborate with the Branch Manager to set and achieve growth goals for Service and Project Installation departments.Oversee day-to-day operations of both Project Management and Service Operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in delivering security integration projects.Manage, mentor, and develop Project Managers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.Oversee the Service Manager, driving growth within the service department and increasing service-related revenue through strategic initiatives and operational improvements.Develop and implement comprehensive internal training programs for technical field staff to enhance their skills, ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational excellence.Act as the primary point of contact for operational issues, resolving challenges and ensuring smooth workflow across the branch.Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational processes and best practices to enhance productivity and operational consistency.Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and customer service, to deliver seamless integration and service solutions.Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, driving service excellence and responding promptly to client needs.Analyze operational data and provide insights to improve performance, address bottlenecks, and support the branch's overall goals.Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.5+ years of experience in operations management, project management, or service operations, preferably within the security or technology integration industry.Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing teams and driving operational success.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and departments.Proficiency in project management tools and software.Knowledge of security integration systems and industry practices is a plus.Other DutiesPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
