Associate Immigration Attorney

Responsibilities Engage in immigration defense and advocacy, including: Protecting people from removal before EOIR in defensive asylum and EOIR‑42B matters Asylum (affirmative and defensive) T Visas, U Visas, VAWA Green Cards, family‑based consular processing, naturalization (I‑751, I‑130/I‑485, DS‑260, N‑400, etc.) Produce excellent legal work: briefs, in‑court advocacy, etc. Qualifications Juris Doctor degree from an accredited U.S. law school Ideally admitted to the RI and/or Mass bar in good standing; open to bar admission in other states Fluency in Spanish Two years of immigration law experience as an attorney or paralegal Authorized to work in the U.S. Job Highlights Competitive salary starting at $90,000 per year, with bonuses possible Benefits: Simple IRA with 3% matching, health and dental insurance, generous PTO, paid holidays Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM M‑Th; 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Opportunity to work remotely one day per week, with four days in the office and possible increased remote work over time Dynamic team To apply, send a CV and letter of interest to View email address on click.appcast.io #J-18808-Ljbffr ImmigrationJobs
