JOB DETAILS

• 16-week initial contract with 13-week renewals
• Days & nights available with every other weekend required
• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients
• Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate patient needs
• Administer medications and monitor effectiveness
• Assist patients in developing healthy coping skills
• Observe, document, and report changes in behavior and condition
• Ensure proper management and documentation of all medications
• Maintain thorough and up-to-date patient records
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active, unencumbered nursing license in North Carolina
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association
• At least 1 year of recent experience in a hospital setting
• Direct patient care experience within the past 12 months
• Successful completion of required screenings, including background check, drug test, and competency evaluation
