Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and create individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based methodologies. \n

- Document therapy sessions and client progress accurately and promptly, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and maintaining confidentiality. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). \n
- A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. \n
- Proven ability to establish rapport and communicate effectively with clients in a remote setting, demonstrating empathy and understanding. \n
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively handle client sessions and documentation, fostering an efficient therapeutic process. \n

- Experience in teletherapy or remote counseling, with a demonstrated ability to engage and support clients virtually. \n
- Familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapeutic models relevant to diverse populations. \n
