Clinical Call Center Coordinator

$17.00 per hour

Monday-Friday, shifts scheduled between 8:00am-8:00pm EST

Columbus, Ohio (remote)

Contract Through December

What You'll Do:

• Facilitate the scheduling of appointments for members using effective communication, technology, and customer service skills

• Inform members about their program benefits and answer questions along the way

• Keep accurate notes and records within data management systems

• Collaborate with the internal call center and HEDIS team on workflow process improvement, document management, and abstraction education

What We're Looking For:

• 1-3 years of call center experience

• HEDIS experience required

• English and Spanish bilingual

• Excellent oral, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills

• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to problem-solve creatively, objectively, and rapidly

• Operational knowledge of managed care or healthcare plans, team members, and clinical staff

• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office and data management systems, and the ability to work in a time-sensitive environment
