You will lead a collaborative, talented team and have the chance to shape clinical standards, mentor veterinarians, and guide the future of the hospital. You’ll work alongside a collaborative team of 5 veterinarians and 20+ support staff, including skilled technicians and client service representatives, in a culture that values curiosity, teamwork, and compassion. The hospital provides comprehensive veterinary care, with a focus on preventive medicine, internal medicine, dentistry, surgery, and emergency care. The facility spans over 10,000 square feet and is fully equipped with digital radiography, ultrasound, a dedicated surgical suite, in‑house laboratory, dental suite with digital dental radiographs, and separate canine and feline wards. You’ll also find thoughtfully designed treatment areas and plenty of natural light, creating a comfortable environment for pets and for staff. As the Lead Veterinarian, you’ll take an active role in mentoring newer doctors, developing clinical protocols, and maintaining a culture that supports both professional development and work‑life balance.
