Position: General Practice NP/PA (Clinic-Based)
Location: San Antonio , TX Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Pay: $120,000 - $130,000/Year + Bonuses + Relocation Assistance + Benefits

• Flexible 8x5-hour day shifts

• Provide comprehensive primary care for patients across the lifespan.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Perform wellness visits, preventive care, and chronic disease management.
• Educate patients on lifestyle modifications, nutrition, and preventive health.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and support continuity of care.

We're looking for:

• A Texas-licensed Family Nurse Practitioner (or eligible for Texas licensure).
• Experience or interest in family practice, primary care, chronic disease management, or integrative medicine.
• A compassionate, collaborative provider who values patient education and long-term relationships.
