Full-Time Dental Hygienist - Sparks, NV
We are actively seeking an exceptional, full-time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our thriving practice in the Sparks, Nevada area! Key Responsibilities:- Provide Comprehensive Patient Care: Conduct patient screenings, including oral and neck examinations, and accurately collect and chart medical/dental histories.
- Preventive & Periodontal Excellence: Skillfully remove plaque, clean teeth, and provide advanced care to prevent and treat gum disease.
- Diagnostic Imaging: Proficiently take X-rays, develop dental impressions, and produce high-quality radiographs.
- Patient Education & Communication: Effectively educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, the importance of diet, and calm/counsel patients during examination and treatment.
- Team Collaboration: Support the Dentist in all aspects of dental care and maintain strict sterilization protocols for instruments and equipment.
- Professional Development: Remain current with the latest advancements and developments in dental practice and technology.
- RDH Licensed in Nevada (or eligible for licensure).
- Demonstrated focus on Patient Satisfaction and Practice Success .
- Positive Attitude and a proactive approach to work.
